Products/Goods:

• Once we ship your order, we'll send you an email with your shipment information.

Services:

• After you make your purchase, we'll contact you by email or text (if provided) within 24 hours during our business hours (Tuesday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm) to help you book an appointment.

Duties and Taxes:

• Canada:

For products/goods: You'll need to pay federal (GST) and provincial sales taxes (PST) based on the province where we ship your order. For example, if we ship to British Columbia, you'll pay 5% federal GST and 7% provincial PST.

For services: You only need to pay federal (GST).
