退款政策

BN Skin & Laser Clinic - Return/Refund Policy:

Due to the sensitive nature of cosmetic products (such as cream, serum, masks, etc.) and hygiene concerns, open items are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The request for return must be made within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in sealed condition.

Please note that BN Skin & Laser Clinic will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, after it has gone through a quality check and has been approved. However, shipping fees will not be refunded.

Exchanges:

BN Skin & Laser Clinic does not offer item exchanges. Instead, you may return your item for a full refund in accordance with our return/refund policy above, and then place a new order. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.
