BN Skin & Laser Clinic (Beyond Natural Esthetic Group Inc.) respects your privacy. This policy covers our West Vancouver and Richmond clinics and bnskinlaser.com, and follows British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.

What we collect

Your contact details, booking and payment history, and the health information needed to treat you safely – such as medical history, skin assessments, consent forms and clinical photos. Our website also collects basic browsing data through cookies.

How we use it

To provide and record your treatments, manage appointments and payments, and reply to your questions. We send promotions only if you have agreed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. It is shared only with our own staff and the services we use to run the clinic – Vagaro (booking and client records), Shopify (website and online checkout), Clover and SnapPay (payments) and Google (email and records storage) – some of which store data outside Canada. Website traffic data may be used by Google and Meta for analytics and advertising; your health information is never shared with them.

Your photos

Before-and-after photos are never used on our website, social media or advertising without your separate written consent.

Keeping it safe

Only staff who need your information can access it. We keep it only as long as needed for your care or as required by law.
